What it does
A Claude Skill that loads the Standard when a task involves PowerShell. Claude writes and reviews to the non-negotiables, reads deeper sections of the bundled Standard as the task needs them, and, in Claude Code, where it can run commands, verifies its output with PSScriptAnalyzer and reports the result by rule and line. Skipped verification is labelled skipped, never passed.
Install
Claude Code: unzip into ~/.claude/skills/ (or a repo's .claude/skills/) and invoke with /powershell-engineer, or let it trigger on PowerShell tasks. claude.ai: upload the same zip under Settings → Capabilities → Skills (paid plans with code execution).
