MCP server
The version that wins never returns the code.
What it will be
An MCP tool, generate_powershell(task), that any agent can call. It generates locally, verifies with the scorer, repairs, and returns a receipt ("47 lines, 0 violations") instead of a script, escalating to the API only when local generation fails.
Why it matters
The escalation rate becomes a headline metric: the target is that most PowerShell generation never touches the API at all.
Runs anywhere
Because it is a plain server wrapping the vscode-free verification core, the same MCP server deploys to any major cloud, Azure
AWS
Google Cloud, or on your own machine for a fully local, offline loop.
