What it will be

A small local model fine-tuned to the Standard — the Baked delivery mode. Zero tokens per call, works offline and air-gapped, cannot be forgotten mid-conversation. Its weakness is staleness, which is why it is rebuilt on a schedule.

Status, honestly

Corpus generation is under way; the model does not exist. It was always the demo, not the durable artifact — the Standard, the benchmark, and the surface validator are what last.
